These are items are for discussion when communicating with executive director candidates over email, during a Google Meet, or when face to face. Out of the various means of communication, we hope to gain insights into who each candidate really is, where are their hearts, what is their real substance?

We need to go over all the items one by one with all team members who will be interviewing candidates. Their role during the interview process will be to determine the real nature, the substance, of the individuals. That is to look beyond resumes', beyond facades or smoke screens.

When all the interviews are complete, all team members will meet together to review each candidate.
